Healing Multi Academy Trust believes that everything we do should be for the benefit of our pupils. Our staff are the most valuable resource we believe every school is not made and defined by their buildings, but by the people in them.
We value our staff, but in exchange want people who are committed to making a difference for our pupils, parents and the local communities. You must be passionate about young people and must be dedicated to supporting all of our pupil to improve.
