|Governor Experience||Governor / Director with over fifteen years' experience. Undertaken various roles including Vice Chair of full Governors, Chair of Personnel and Chair of Curriculum Committees. Current Chair of Personnel / Curriculum Committee. Served as a Governor / Director for over fifteen years, including roles as Vice Chair of LGB and Chair of Curriculum & Personnel Committee.|
|Career||Senior Manager for Department of Work and Pensions with over thirty two years' experience. Current position National Implementation Lead for Universal Credit.|

|Governor Experience||A wide range of experience as a school governor in both the primary and secondary phases. Acted as chair of two interim executive boards and a conventional governing body. Until comparatively recently was a member of the governing body at Great Coates Primary School.|
|Career||Spent whole career in education. Was head teacher of two large primary schools before joining the Humberside Advisory Service where specific brief was to lead on assessment of the National Curriculum. In 1996 joined North East Lincolnshire Council as a senior adviser and later became Head of School Improvement for the primary phase. Retired from this post in 2008 and since then has been a self-employed educational consultant. Was a qualified Ofsted inspector and has led a significant number of inspections. Has also acted as a school improvement partner, a role which both challenged and supported schools' leadership teams.|
|Governor Experience||A wide range of experience of working with, and as a member of, boards at a local, regional and national level.|
|Career||Senior Manager with over seventeen years’ experience working in and across public services (Local Government and Health and Care Sector including time at NE Lincolnshire Council and in NHS England). Held a variety of key corporate roles focused on strategic leadership and operational delivery in partnership and organisational change; service transformation; programme and project management; planning and performance management.|
Currently working across Health and Social Care Organisations in Northern Lincolnshire, Hull, East Riding, York and Scarborough, to develop through partnership working, integrated care.
|Governor Experience||Involved with school governance since 2014 as a Governor, Vice Chair and Chair of Governors (twice). Chaired School Improvement/Standards and Finance & Resources Committees as well as recruiting a new Headteacher and appraising|
performance of Headteachers. Have been responsible for safeguarding, leadership and management, recruitment and development of governors, more able and pupil premium portfolios. Supported a number of schools across Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire to strengthen governance as a Leader of Governance.
|Career||Career in People Development, as a HR Director, Facilitator, Trainer. Currently working as a Professional Coach and Mentor/Leadership Coach, often working with Headteachers and Deputy Heads.|
|Governor Experience||Involved with Further and Higher Education Governance since 2013 and held various posts from Vice Chair and Chair of committees and became Chair of Corporation in 2014 of TEC Partnership, which operated from 13 sites, including a nursey and secondary school. Appointed as a National Leader of Governance for the Association of Colleges in 2017 with focused on strategic leadership, organisational change; planning and performance management. Appointed as non-executive of Modal Training in 2016.|
|Career||Partner in regional property firm of Chartered Surveyors.|
|Governor Experience||Trustee and Non-Executive Director with fourteen years of experience. Vice Chair of NCFE (Awarding Body) between 2009 and 2011, Chair of the Vision 2015 Committee and Change Project. Currently Trustee of the Thermal Insulator Contractors’ Association and the Independent Trade Training Council, leading on assessment. Non-Executive Director of Saffron Cherry Television Ltd and The Strategic Development Network.|
|Career||Over twenty-five years of experience in education, predominantly post-14 education in the UK and overseas. Teaching and inspecting (for Ofsted and ISI) in secondary schools, further and higher education. Latterly working in the wider civil service advising on policy reform and large national programmes such as apprenticeships. Currently a broadcaster, trainer and education consultant, which includes training inspectors of education in the UK and overseas and advising schools and colleges on processes and systems working with inspectorates.|
